(*sigh*) There is a vast difference between healthy scarcasm and just being snide - I pride myself on being a curmudgeon, but usually manage to sound like more than just a bitter old guy. Although I _do_ stand by the ideas in the last letter, I apologize for being a pain in the...er...neck in my tone. No excuse for it - I can't even blame Microsoft.
