I have said several times that, if I could use something else, I would do so. To make it more clear, I would jump at the chance. This is the only list manager that my hosting service offers me.
It's really hard to complain about something YOU made the choice on. If you do not like what your hosting service offers, then it is time to talk (walk) with your money.
If your hosting service `forces` it upon you, then you should expect them to support it. It is what you are paying them for, right? My hosting service uses smartlist and they are just as helpful as anyone here.
