Something like the above works for me, but qmail is the MTA here and I've forgotten what this means if you're using sendmail. YOu need to check the path of course.
The message you get back when you create a list about putting something in aliases to pipe mail to flist is very similar to the above line, but I think it has an exec in there somewhere, which doesn't seem to be necessary in .procmailrc
