Depends on how much control you have over your machine; you could always REJECT in the sendmail access database. Failing that, you can add a filter to rc.local.s00...you may have to filter on Received:.*xxx/.xxx/.xxx/. to block out the C- or even B-block from which he posts, which will kill anyone else who uses his provider.
Truth is, though, _that_ won't stop the moron, since all he has to do is grab a freemail account on one of the gadzillion out there and start posting yet again.
I have this problem with some older "gentlemen" who disruptively posts on one of my lists...every time I shut him down, he finds another free email account to subsribe with, picks a new name out of the history books, and starts a new "persona." (His postings as a Brit using the Newcastle.co.uk free email were histerical...)
Best bet is to start complaining to his upstreams about it, assuming the person is being disruptive. Include copies of the violating mail, and send to the originating upstream as well as the upstream on his web domain (not necessarily the same). Basically, just treat it like spam...which is what it is.
(*sigh*) In my case, I'm reluctant to complain to his upstreams, since he's basically a lonely old guy who isn't _intentionally_ disruptive, he just has wild and off-topic rants he seems to have to get off of his chest. But I have to keep his postings off the list, since thay consistantly inflame other list subscribers with their nonsequeters and such.
