(*sigh*) Yes, it's possible, and it's clearly listed in the FAQ, which you should probably read before posting here again:

It also means that sensible people on your mailing list will need to generate procmail recipies to REMOVE that annoying subject munge, of course. I would urge you to reconsider, since any sensible email client (even Outlook Express, I've been told) allows for automagically filtering based on other unique header fields s (X-Loop, X-Been-There, etc., etc.) without mucking around with someone else's subject.
