"Uncomment" is not very clear. If you uncomment a line like
## foreign_submit = yes
everyone can post to the list. In standard SmartList packages it's written
##foreign_submit
but if you were experiencing with this option the first case could be valid for you. To avoid such ambiguity and the whole comment/uncomment mess I would suggest to write in the next SmartList release all parameters in the rc.init/rc.custom file as
parameter = # not set parameter = yes # value set
- Delink the accept file from the dist file and edit it accordingly.
