Highlights of SIGCOMM 2004 ------------------------------------------
ACM SIGCOMM is pleased to announce that the recipient of the 2004 SIGCOMM Award is Professor Simon Lam of University of Texas, Austin, who will give the keynote address in the opening session on Tuesday.
The technical program consists of 31 refereed papers and includes four innovative Workshops and three Tutorials.
