I had a short course (6h) proposal accepted for presentation at the IEEE ICT'2000-International Conference on Telecommunications, held in Acapulco, Mexico, last May. Unfortunately I could not attend this conference. The title proposed was "New Trends in Network Management". I can give to it a tutorial format and then make it available in your pool of proposals from IFIP TC6 if you like. However I'm affraid that I will not be ready to give it in Mexico this time. So take this proposal into account for next events.
