a. Your WG 6.x report (if you are a chairperson of a WG 6.x group).
b. Reports on strategy discussions (see minutes of Wroclaw meeting). This concerns in particular: - Conventional Publication Issues and Quality Control - lead by Guy Leduc Guy Leduc to report back at the Coimbra meeting. - Finance - lead by Dipak Khakhar Dipak Khakhar to report back at the Coimbra meeting. - Conferences - lead by Arun Iyengar Arun Iyengar to report back at the Coimbra meeting. - Digital Library - lead by Harry Rudin Harry Rudin to report back at the Coimbra meeting. - Governance - lead by Augusto Casaca Augusto Casaca to report back at the Coimbra meeting.
Deadline for the reports: May 5, 2006.
I do not intend to reprint all reports. Delegates should store the incoming reports on their PC. In Coimbra, I will only have a master copy with me which will be presented via a beamer to the audience.
