Please note that I have budgeted 20000 EUR for DCSC grants for year 2005 in IFIP budget. I am looking forward to grant requests from you, if possible before 16 August so that I can put approved grant in DCSC report. Please note that the same condition as previous years applies to the grant. That is to developing country which are full members of IFIP.
