e-Smart has been established as an annual Forum of the industry and application experts to present and discuss the state of Art, the challenges faced and the opportunities opening. More on the e-Smart line of events is given on http://www.strategiestm.com/conferences/esmart/04/
In e-Smart 2004 a Special Track "Smart cards and eGovernment" is being organised. Relevant topics include: defining demands from the governmental area, capabilities of the smart card in administrative tasks, presentation of relevant projects, and concerns of usage particular to the administrative realm.
Authors are invited to submit until 22 April an abstract of one page (including title, author's name(s) and affiliation(s))to the Chair:
