FIRST CALL FOR PARTICIPATION and PRELIMINARY PROGRAM Scope This is the first IFIP (International Federation for Information Processing) conference on e-commerce, e-business, and e-government. It is being hosted by the three technical committees TC6, TC8, and TC11 with the intention of providing a forum for users, engineers, and scientists in academia, industry, and government to present their latest
