Paper Submission and Publication: _________________________________
Authors are invited to submit manuscripts written in English. Papers must contain original work not published or under revision elsewhere. All submissions will be refereed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality, and clarity. Proceedings of the previous ISCIS conferences have been published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series. While selected papers will be published in conference proceedings published by a prestigious publisher, we will provide the other papers with the opportunity for oral and poster presentations, which will be published on a CD-ROM.
