As agreed during the 2002.2 TC6 meeting in Lisbonne, the ICT-International Conference on Telecommunications will be held in Brazil (Fortaleza, Ceará) next year with the IFIP co-sponsorship. The dates are 01 to 07 August, 2004. I am not quite sure which is the best WG to hold it, maybe WG 6.2. Anyway I make the opportunity to request that you include in the next TC6 meeting agenda our application for a loan to support invited speakers (at least two).
