As such, it could be const qualified like the old property()https://www.graphics.rwth-aachen.de/media/openmesh_static/Documentations/OpenMesh-Doc-Latest/a02424.html#a475f64c87a2923b07c802cb57d30463f function. So far I had only limited time to look into this, but as get_property_handlehttps://www.graphics.rwth-aachen.de/media/openmesh_static/Documentations/OpenMesh-Doc-Latest/a02424.html#a889abbfc81cc37f4662948032f9f6fe1 is const qualified, perhaps this only requires a new PropertyManager constructor similar this?
