Dear Sir / Madam, I am an electrical and computer engineering PhD student at Iowa State University. I would like to download COMPASS to be used in my research as I believe it will be a useful tool for me. Hence your website said that I will need permission to do so since I am out of the ESA state I appreciate if you are willing to grant me the permission.
