Re: [COMPASS] Toolset and Documentation Download Links

Dear support team, unfortunately I can not download the files for COMPASS 3.1 at the provided links. It correctly identifies the files by filename but than the download is waiting (zero bytes transferred) until timeout. I have tried it yesterday ~ 17:00 and today ~ 09:30 with no success. COMPASS 3.1 released

Dear COMPASS-interested, the COMPASS team consisting of RWTH Aachen University and Fondazione Bruno Kessler is announcing a new public release of the COMPASS toolset. Version 3.1 is now freely available for download at http://www.compass-toolset.org/tools-download/ to anyone within the member states of the European Space Agency. With respect to COMPASS version 3.0, this release contains an updated version of the xSAP engine and includes several bug fixes both in the software and the accompanying documentation.
