Hi!
Please, point me to the place, where to start hacking.
Problem:
smartlist does not like to accept national characters in subject and first
string of message body.
Have a nice day!
Don,
Here's an example of a problem users have with Smartlist. The software is
actually about as "smart" as a box of rocks! The Smartlist Junkies insist
all the users are idiots because they just won't stand on their heads while
using this arcane UNIX software, instead preferring to use such user-hostile
software as Outlook Express. I have to agree with the Smartlist geeks: If
you can't program in COBOL you shouldn't be using a computer!

When a person posted a message on my mailing list. Sometimes not
success. I found the message in the header of email below:
==========================================
X-Diagnostic: Already on the subscriber list
X-Diagnostic: 80 db2(a)list.com 32760 db2(a)list.com
==========================================
Actually this message was not sent for subscription. why it went to
subscription routine. Anybody knows this?
Thanks!
I added an rc.local.s10 file to my list directory to add
"[listname]" to the headers of all mailing list messages. That
worked fine. Then in the rc.custom file, I uncommented
"reply_to=$listaddr" and set it o "reply_to="Reply-To:
$listaddr". That works, but now I've lost the "[listname]" in
the message headers. Can anyone tell me what's going on?
Thanks, Lu Rudolph
