[HIA-ExMI_Staff] When to send the paper around Was: Re: JC paper

Hi everyone,

please keep in mind that your co-worker shall have a fair chance of reading the paper to be presented PRIOR to the JC. Therefore, all paper need to be send to the audience before the Thursday evening before its presentation in the JC.
