ich habe endlich ein Angebot für die Appartements in Cannes bekommen.
Die Preise sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr um 50% gestiegen, auf EUR 5100.-
für die 3 Appartements zusammen. Dividiert durch die (momentanen) 10
Interessenten sind das saftige EUR 510 pro Nase.
Im Normalfall würde ich alles wieder stornieren und andere Angebote
einholen. Dazu fehlt mir aber die Zeit, da ich noch bis Mitte März in
Hannover arbeite. Deshalb sehe ich nur eine Möglichkeit: Ich rufe
nächste Woche an und versuche den Preis zu drücken. Gelingt das nicht,
müssen wir in den sauren Apfel beissen und zahlen. Für das nächste Jahr
ist dann aber eine grundlegende Recherche fällig.
