³A sales sensation in the mid-1990s, "The Celestine Prophecy" offered
introductory New Age metaphysics packaged in pulp thriller form.
Those who already "get it" will find a simplified but affirming illustration
of their higher beliefs in the film.
Prior converts will be pleased if not quite thrilled by a reasonably
faithful, compact screenplay adaptation; direction of telepic veteran Armand
Mastroianni; and Thomas Kretschmann ("King Kong," "Downfall," "The
Pianist") comes off best, mixing dash and humor with a credible spark of
enlightenment.²
Variety April 20, 2006
This film recently awarded top box office ticket sales during the Milan Film
Festival.
³This movie is just the antidote the world needs.²
The Celestine Prophecy is a spiritual adventure film chronicling the
discovery of ancient scrolls in the rainforests of Peru. The prophecy and
its nine key insights predict a worldwide awakening, arising within all
religious traditions, that moves humanity toward a deeper experience of
spirituality. The film features an international ensemble cast including
Matthew Settle, Thomas Kretschmann, Sarah Wayne Callies, Annabeth Gish,
Hector Elizondo, Joaquim de Almeida, Jurgen Prochnow and Obba Babatundé.

Hi, Claus:
We have just completed our feature film HAVANA RUSH -- too late to
make it to Cannes -- although the rights for your territory are now
available.
Set in Cuba during the 1959 Castro revolution, HAVANA RUSH is the story of
an affair between an American heiress and a Cuban Army lieutenant --
opposites thrown together by circumstances who shared the same lover several
years before. After meeting with Fidel Castro, we were able to
film all of our exteriors in Havana and the Museum of the Revolution made
available to us two hours of film footage taken during the revolution, some
of which we have incorporated into the film. HAVANA RUSH is the first
American feature following 1959 to actually film in Cuba. I have worked in
the Hollywood film industry in script development for actors Dustin Hoffman,
Barbra Streisand and Paul Newman, and as executive story editor for
producers Jay Weston at MGM, Arnold Kopelson at Inter-Ocean Films, Ltd. and
Steven Bach at United Artists.
Please click on the link below to view our two-minute trailer and let us
know if you would like to view the movie's screener.
We look forward to your reply.
