EUROPEAN FILM FINANCE
Re-drawing Europe's money map
-------------------------------------------------
Wednesday 8th February 2006 - The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin, Germany
http://www.screendaily.com/eurofinance
European Film Finance is Screen Internationals annual symposium on
film funding.
This year, key players dissect the current European market for
funding cinema against a backdrop of industrial upheaval, policy
re-appraisal and economic enlargement. Amid this change, we are
seeing signs of a competitive, entrepreneurial spirit emerging
across a European film landscape that has come to question its
reliance on public welfare and incentive schemes.
Join the key stakeholders of the new European film industry to
discuss the key financing issues of today and the defining
characteristics of tomorrow.
This prestigious annual conference is aimed at:
-Film producers and distributors
-Sales agents and packagers
-Representatives of European Film commissions
-Support agencies and public sources of Film finance
-Managers of tax-driven funds
-Private equity financiers, bankers, lawyers
-Professionals with a vested interest in the international Film
financing arena.
