Hi, I'm a director/producer based in the US and I'm preparing my latest film
project for production. The project is an edge-of-your-seat supernatural
thriller. The film will have a theatrical release and then I plan to fully
exploit the TV, cable and DVD/video markets. Being a quality low-budget, genre
movie it has a strong potential for high profits. In addition to a readied
shooting script, I have a business plan with budget and sales estimates, and
I have a production team set to go. I already have 40% of the production
budget in place, therefore, I'm looking to complete the financing and possibly
secure a distribution deal. Please contact me if you're interested in
reviewing my project.

>From the acclaimed director <301, 302>
With a film as erotically charged and aesthetically adventurous as it is
emotionally truthful, veteran director Park Chul-soo brings us the
provocative story of amour fou between a 32-year-old divorcee and a 19-year-
old college student (who under Korean law is considered a minor until he
turns 20).
After being arrested and sentenced to community service for corrupting a
minor, beautiful, enigmatic Moon-hee attempts to ditch handsome young Hyun.
But Hyun refuses to disappear, and the two, magnetically drawn together, go
on the lam, escaping to a hotel room where they rapturously discover each
other through sex that is as raw and intimate as any seen on screen. As the
film progresses, so, too, does their trust in each other and their
confidence in their unorthodox choices. Park brings an extraordinary
intelligence, sensitivity, and spirited lightness to the story of an
egalitarian relationship that continuously defies expectation as the lovers
test the frontiers of sensation, communicate in ineffable ways, and
improvise an unconventional family.
Park shifts stylistic gears with a humorously theatrical, almost surrealist
culminating scene in which an unlikely group--including Moon-hee's feminist
supervisor, her criminal case investigator, and Hyun's entirely accepting
mother--weigh in with Greek chorus-like opinions on this rare partnership.
Full of stylistic surprises and magical moments, Green Chair is a
celebration of living in the moment and a profound meditation on maturity
and innocence.- Caroline Libresco

hye(‘‘Summer Scent’, ‘Sweet 18’)
Have you ever fell in love with type B Guy?
Hami(HAN Ji-hye) is a college student, who believes in predestined love.
One day she meets Young-bin(LEE Dong-gun) on the street and instantly feels
that he is the one. However, Young-bin is such a heartthrob and his blood
type is ‘B’, which is believed as the must avoidable type by many women!
Despite her cousin’s objection, Ha-mi falls for him because of his
aggressive wooing.
At first, Young-bin grabs Ha-mi’s heart by various special events. Young-
bin runs a venture firm while he is still in college. He doesn’t have for
buying a house but has money for buying a car; he is such a poser. Besides
he puzzles Ha-mi by showing type B’s well-known characteristic stinginess.
He takes back the flower she gave Ha-mi and resells them and buys Ha-mi
clothes with department store’s gift coupons. Moreover, he breaks into
other’s office and plays hurdle race; he plays Superman game inside of
elevator in high-storied building. Meaning of date for him seems not only
very creative but also very bizarre.
As Time goes by, Ha-mi gets hurt twist-minded and selfish Young-bin and
decides to break up with him. Then Young-bin realizes that he’s in love
with her and tries to get her back, but all of his efforts come to nothing.
The type B guy tried to win the type A girl back, who is not easy to
persuade once she turns around! The relationship of the couple of worst
combination becomes turmoil when Young-bin accepts an offer of his friend…

Book your place at Screen International's European Film Finance
Summit
Only 1 month left to book at http://www.screendaily.com/eurofinance
There is no shortage of film finance in Europe. New sources of cash
are being opened up as private equity financiers become more
interested and as national and regional organisations open tax and
credit schemes. The Hollywood studios are also demonstrating
increased interest in European production. The trouble is that many
of these initiatives look better on paper than they do when you try
to use them.
