I use webhosting site that have smartlist preloaded. I was testing smartlist and got into peculiar problem that nobody could help me to solve. To make the story short finaly I found that if the message is sent as plain tekst it is rejected by list and directed to list administarator address. If message is html or rich text it gets to the list and is distributed to all subscribers. This is strange because plain tekst should be accepted all the time. I want to set the list to reject html messages but I cannot do it before I fix the plain text rejections. Does anybody have any suggestions? What do I do wrong?
