We run aprox. 600 mailinglists using smartlist. Now occasionally we have the problem that if someone sends a short html e-mail message, they get returned with an "unprocessed" x-diagnostic. What can I do to fix this problem?
Use demime or some other MIME-stripping software ahead of your -request addresses.
But wouldn't that remove the html-data? That's not an option over here I'm afraid.
