I am new member to the list and I have a basic question to you

about creating a form on my website.
I want to offer my visitors to be able to subscribe themselves

to a newsletter and also to be able to unsubscribe.
What code can I use for this?

DATA
To subscribe you send an e-mail to: name-request@domain.com

Subject: subscribe

To unsubscribe you send an e-mail to: name@domain.com

Subject: unsubscribe
