Vortragsankündigung:
Am Mittwoch den 21. Juni 2000 findet am Lehrstuhl für
Bioverfahrenstechnik folgender sehr interessante Vortrag statt:
Vortragender: Dr. Ingo Klimant
Institut für Analytische Chemie, Chemo- und
Biosensorik, Universität Regensburg
Thema: Neue Trends und Anwendungen in der fluoreszenz-optischen
Sensorik
Optical sensing techniques becames more and more attractive during the
last years. This was mainly due to the availability of small and
inexpensive optoelectronical components and new smart sensing
concepts. Thus calibration free, small and inexpensive sensors can be
realised. Her an overwiew is presented on new concepts for optical
sensors based on time resolved luminescence techniques. Examples for
sensors of determination of oxygenation, pH, carbon dioxide,
temperature and salinity were given. Furthermore application examples
are discussed. Its includes the contactless sensing of chemical
parameters in closed systems, 2-D imaging of chemical parameters and
fiber optic microsensors.
