who would be available for a tele- or videoconf. on Tuesday afternoon European time/Morning U.S. Time? Will Jean and Uwe be in the same place?

Rather than mailing back and forth, I suggest that we quickly sync on the phone. A suggestion would be 3pm German time (Chris) = 2pm Greenwich Time (Shaun) = 8am Eastern time (Uwe) = 7am Central Time (Jean, presumably at home or on a cellphone). Our christmas party starts at 4pm, so I need to be done by that, but I could also move up the time some if desired.

Please let me know how that suits you. We may have a problem with papers submitted. At the moment, there are three, as Laurent has already uploaded his contribution.
