So essentially our decisions are recommendations.  Shouldn't we warn the accepted authors of this.

Of the 9 papers accepted, eight are in our view acceptable with small modifications, one paper needs a substantial rewrite. We have informed the authors of our decision, and asked them to submit a revised version by Febr. 7, in order to make sure that the authors take the suggestions of the referees into account.
