At the moment there is no means for extracting the lumped Markov chain from MRMC into a file. Yet, this can be changed by altering MRMC sources, if you have interest in doing this, please let me know, I will provide more details.
b) computing a collection of steady state probability values ?
The steady state probability values are computed by entering the S{..}[..] property in the tool's command prompt. Then the probabilities are printed inside the command prompt. In order to save them to file you can use standard Unix/Linux pipe lines. E.g. run
mrmc csl model.tra model.lab < input.txt > out.txt
The input.txt should contain the command prompt command, including the S{..}[..] formula. Each command should be on a separate line and the file should end with the
quit
command followed by a new line.
So that these results can be used in another tool/program.
