This conference is initiated by the European Association for Speech, Signal and Image Processing (EURASIP) in order to start a new tradition of conferences, each devoted to a specific area of discipline. It is focused on Speech and Image Processing, Multimedia Communications and Services (EC-SIPMCS). The goal of EC-SIPMCS is to promote the interface researchers involved in the development and applications of methods and techniques within the framework of speech/image processing, multimedia communications and services.

All accepted papers will be published in CD
Proceedings that will be available at the Conference. Abstracts of accepted
papers will be printed and included in the INSPEC database. Selected papers will be considered for possible publication in
scholarly journals.
Important Dates
Paper and Poster Submissions: March 18, 2007
Notification of acceptance: April 20, 2007
Camera ready copy due: May 6, 2007
Author Registration: May 6, 2007
Papers must be submitted electronically by March 18, 2007. Each paper will be
evaluated by at least two independent reviewers, and will be accepted based on
its originality, significance and clarity. Papers must not exceed 6 pages single
spaced 11-point font.
