I have
received a request, for IFIP tecnhical co-sponsorship of the ICN'06
conference from the organizer (Prof. Alain Sentini). The conference is already
technically sponsored by IEEE. The conference will take place in Mauricius. More

Mauricius information society is already member of
IFIP, but we don't have a representative at TC6. Prof Nawaz Mohamudally at the
Technical University of Mauritius has interest in Networks and might be
interested in becoming TC6 national delegate.
Let me know, if you want me
to pursue further the above two possibilities, i.e., what WGs are interested in
endorsing ICN 2006 and if we want to invite Prof. Nawaz to become a TC6
delegate.

Au titre de secrétaire de ICTKMA qui représente Maurice à l'IFIP, je lui ai
proposé d'en faire un "IFIP event".
Pour cela il doit falloir d'abord le blessing du TC6, puisque cela relève
de vos compétences bien plus que des miennes.
Il s'agit d'une conf IEEE, il suffirait donc que vous soyez d'accord pour
qu'on y rajoute le logo IFIP.
Faire ça à travers ICTKMA permettra d'associer d'un seul coup l'université,
l'univ de technologie etc. On pourrait même en profiter pour demander à Nawaz
Mohamudally de représenter Maurice au TC6. Il travaille à l'Université de
Technologie et je crois qu'il s'intéresse aux réseaux. je ne sais pas au juste
quelle est la procédure, mais tu peux sans doute l'aider.
