I didn't think that I was eligible to vote (a) because I have missed so many TC6 meetings, and (b) because of downgraded status of Zimbabwe.  Please will you check my eligibity staus.  If I am eligible, please record my vote for Ramon.  I believe both candidates to be suitable, but Otto has already had a spell as chairman, and maybe Ramon deserves an opportunity
