In attach you will find the list of delegates who participate in the meeting and the meeting schedule.

I would thank that all the participants that have question marks in the hotel column, indicate the hotel in which they are staying so that we know where to expect to pick them up for the meeting.

Please read carefully the notes in the meeting schedule document as the pick up times of the coach to carry all of you to the meeting are indicated there.
