response to our invitation to join the IST2003 Symposium as a member of the
Technical Program Committee.
The premier event, IST2001, enjoyed a high profile stature and owes its success much to the collective effort and dedication of its TPC Members. As such, I would like to request each of our esteem Members to actively publicize the event among potential contributors in their immediate academic or research environment and encourage them to contribute original papers in their areas of expertise.

requested to visit the website regularly to observe updates. Also, we are
sending by post a number of the IST2003 printed brochure for distribution among
potential contributors.
