The scientific program consists of three invited talks, two tutorial talks, and presentations of 54 contributed papers (selected from more than 260 submitted papers). It will start on March 13 early afternoon with the two tutorials and it will end on March 16 early afternoon. More details concerning program arrangements etc. will be added soon.
