Einladung zum Familienfrühstück am 16.04.2011 / Invitation to the family breakfast on April 16th 2011

Liebe Eltern, am Samstag, den 16. April 2011 um 10 Uhr veranstaltet das International Office der RWTH Aachen, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Familienservice der Universität, ein internationales Familienfrühstück im Humboldt- Haus, Pontstrasse 41. Wir laden Sie herzlich ein dabei zu sein! Damit Sie ihr Frühstück in Ruhe genießen können bieten wir im Haus eine Kinderbetreuung für ihr Kind bzw. ihre Kinder an. Wir nehmen einen kleinen Unkostenbeitrag von zwei Euro pro Erwachsenen, den sie am Tag des Familienfrühstücks bezahlen können. Ich möchte Sie außerdem um kurze Rückmeldung bis 14. April an antje.becker(a)zhv.rwth-aachen.de <antje.becker(a)zhv.rwth-aachen.de> bitten, mit wie vielen Erwachsenen und Kindern sie am Familienfrühstück teilnehmen werden. Wir können den Einkauf und die Kinderbetreuung dann besser planen. Wir freuen uns auf Ihr Kommen! Mit den besten Grüßen, Antje Becker Dear parents, I would like to invite you to the next family breakfast with children on Saturday, April 16th 2011 at 10 a.m. This event takes place at the Humboldt- House, locatet at Pontstrasse 41, and is put on by the International Office in conjunction with the Family Service Center. During this event we will provide in-house child care services for your children so you have time to enjoy your breakfast. There is a small fee of 2 Euros per adult which can be paid on the day of the family breakfast. So that we can plan things, we ask you to let us know how many adults and children will come along.
