Hi Marianne, Hmm, I have two possible explanations: 1. The download links are not correctly parsed by your emailclient. They are quite long. You can try copy and paste them to your browser. (I just tried your links and they work OK from my network). 2. Your firewall could indeed be in between: if it is not too much of a hassle, could you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? One way or another, we'll figure this out and make sure you will receive an copy of our toolset. Note that the links are only active 24h after download registration. Afterwards, you have to reregister for download.
