I just tried, and it works for me (you are supposed to receive two
emails, one with the links, and one for the email subscription).
Can you try again? Please allow a few minutes for the emails to arrive.
Also, please check your spam folders and/or contact your system
administrator to be sure the email has been blocked for some reason.
