their struggle for better conditions regarding their national
cinematography.
The new Law for the
support of the Czech Cinematography
was supposed to increase the amount of money from 2 Mio Euro to 10-15

This new law was
approved in February 2006 by the Parliament.
In May 12 the President vetoed the law and it went back to the
Parliament where
it was rejected unexpectedly May 23.
