Synopsis: In the winter of 1949, the 27-year old poet Pier Paolo Pasolini was indicted for corruption of minors and indecent behaviour. The authorities suspended Professor Pasolini from teaching and the comunist Party expelled him. Unemployed, humiliated, penniless, he took a train to Rome accompanied by his mother Susanna.
