With Cannes just over a month away we thought you might want to get in the
mood by watching a trailer for a very special film.
A romantic comedy shot entirely at last years festival, _'MY YACHT'_
(http://www.myyacht.tv/) , is set in many favourite Cannes locations; including Le
Croisette, the Majestic Barriere, the Carlton Terrace and even the super
luxurious Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc.
'Ben' (_Tom Wontner_ (http://www.wontner.com/) ) a wannabe filmmaker
marooned outside the festival's charmed circle of power and influence, pretends to
be a yacht-owning big producer to impress hopeful actress 'Laura' (Anna Neil),
but eventually discovers she has her secret too. 'My Yacht' is a kind of
fairy tale set in a never-never land of overriding ambition and shameless hype.

>From the makers of Pure Vengeance: “Left For Dead” is ready to awaken Cannes selection
April 6th , 2004—London, UK
"Will knock the socks off anything the US can produce"
www.kungfucinema.com
"Left For Dead is years ahead of 'Hollywood'... a film made by
people with respect for the genre"
www.dragonsdenuk.com
“Left for Dead” will change the pulse at this year’s Cannes festival. It’s a martial arts revenge thriller set in a cold and unrelenting city with suspicious characters with questioning motives. The theme deals with betrayal, revenge and retribution. UK film can now say it’s picking up where John Woo, Jet Li and Jackie Chan left it and taking it to a different dimension.
This action thriller twister is directed by up and coming UK native Ross Boyask who is well known for his innovative and stylish short films. Ross worked with his long-time collaborator Phil Hobden of Modern Life? and writer Adrian Foiadelli to create the ‘mod film style’. “Left for Dead” shows that independent filmmakers can make quality entertaining action and high paced martial arts films on a low budget just as good if not better than Tinseltown.
Shot on a hi-tech Digital format on location in Brighton, UK with premiere talent and crew on a low strict budget; however, the film shows anything but low especially in the performances and action. The film features Glenn Salvage as the reluctant hitman and veteran actor Adam Chapman as crime boss, Kincaid. Stars from the film have appeared in Jackie Chan’s Accidental Spy, Purifiers, Extreme Challenge, A Better Tomorrow 2, Jackie Chan's Accidental Spy, Mainline Run, Babyjuice Express, New Blood, Distant Shadow and Pure Vengeance. The film also premieres newcomer Andy Prior as the promising protégé who gives a fresh performance to action characters. The variety of character complexes and themes make “Left for Dead” a sensor intense thrill ride that will keep you on the edge of your seat to the end.
With the specialized look, unique plot twists and remarkable talent “Left for Dead” will definitely be the talk and the catch of Cannes.
