Dear students,

This year RWTH Aachen has the honor of carrying out the UNITECH General Assembly Week, during which all stakeholders (Start-Up Week Students, End-of-Year Students, Academic Partner, Corporate Partner, and Alumni) come together.

UNITECH International is a professional network comprising eight leading European universities and 11 industry partners. Since it was founded in the year 2000, the network has served as a bridge between universities and industry. Students, who joined, will not only gain academic exchange experiences from an excellent partner university and practical insights from a precious internship but also strengthen their personal skills through coaching events and collaboration in multicultural teams.

The program will take place from 26 August to 2 September and we need your assistance!

Please note: Volunteering for at least five hours during the General Assembly Week on-site events can get recognized as a component of the RWTH Certificate International

We expect up to 250 persons and have events mainly taking place in the Reiff Museum, the C.A.R.L., and in the Super C. Help is needed for various tasks: i.e.

· Welcome and register participants

· Guide international participants to rooms, answer questions, and find solutions for smaller problems

· Preparing seminar rooms and lecture halls for the special requirements of the events

· Proctoring examinations

· Assist during coffee and lunch breaks to ensure that all processes run smoothly

· Helping students and corporate partners to be best prepared during two fairs that take place
