4)    DAAD Award 2019 goes to Sharmishta Chakravorty

Being an international student and still finding time for intercultural engagement while studying? Sharmishta Chakravorty dedicates her time to social and intercultural activities, such as AISA member, BeBuddy, INCAS, etc. next to her studies at RWTH Aachen. The DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) honours this engagement with the DAAD Prize 2019, endowed with 1000 EUR. During the Welcome Week 2019 ceremony, Sharmishta received the DAAD prize by our rector Prof. Dr. Rüdiger. Intercultural volunteering pays off 😊

Have a nice rest of the week!
