Best regards, Paco Escrig *///////////////////// ESMOLNA2017 & W2DM217 Announcement /////////////////////* Dear colleagues, The pre-registration period for the*10^th European School on Molecular Nanoscience (ESMolNa 2017)*has been opened. This meeting will be held in El Escorial (Madrid, Spain) from 7^th to 11^th May 2017. The*5^th Workshop on 2D Materials**(W2DM2017)*willtake place on May 11^th and 12^th , having the first day a joint program with ESMolNa2017. More information about those events can be found on the webpagewww.icmol.es/esmolna <http://www.icmol.es/esmolna> ESMolNa2017& W2DM2017intend to provide a suitable framework to show and extensively discuss the state-of-the-art in the Nanoscience and 2D materials areas, including supramolecular chemistry, molecular electronics and molecular magnetism, graphene and other bidimensional materials. Lectures are aimed at the post-graduate level as they will be presented to an audience primarily formed by post-graduate, PhD students and postdoctoral fellows. In fact, the School will be the last part of an intensive Advanced Course of three weeks organized in the frame of a Master in Molecular Nanoscience. This meeting also intends to be a forum where the active European scientific groups working in these areas will have the opportunity to meet and informally discuss with the younger generations. This training school is organized by the Instituto de Ciencia Molecular (ICMol) of the University of Valencia, the Autonomous University of Madrid and the COST Action MOLSPIN: Molecular Spintronics (Action Number: CA15128). The following invited*lecturers*have confirmed their attendance: ·AGRAÏT, Nicolás - Universidad Autónoma de Madrid- IMDEA-Nanociencia (Spain) ·CLÉRAC, Rodolphe - Centre de Recherche Paul Pascal-CNRS (France) ·DE FEYTER, Steven - KU Leuven (Belgium) ·HAGFELDT, Anders - EPFL de Lausanne- Institut des Sciences et Ingénierie Chimiques (Switzerland) ·LOTH, Sebastian - Max Planck Institute for the Structure and Dynamics of Matter (Germany) ·NAAMAN, Ron - Weizmann Institute of Science (Israel) ·PANÉ, Salvador - ETH Zurich - Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Systems (Switzerland) ·POBLET, Josep Maria - Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Spain) ·VAN DER ZANT, Herre - Delft University of Technology- Kavli Institute of Nanoscience (The Netherlands) *Deadlines:* · _PRE-registration_: March 31st 2017, or until sould out.http://www.icmol.es/esmolna2017/form.php · _Final Registration_: April 12th, 2017, or until sould out.
