es hat sich gestern kurzfristig ergeben, dass ich beim Frühstück am Dienstag nicht dabei sein kann.
Ob ich am Mittwoch ins Institut kommen kann, ist noch unsicher.

yesterday it happened at short notice that I wouldn't be able to attend breakfast on Tuesday.
It is still uncertain whether I will be able to come to the institute on Wednesday.
