Prerequisites for the course The Leopard 101 course is a 3-days interactive learning experience held by Apple Certified Training and intended for IT professionals and support personnel who work with Mac OS X on a daily basis or want to learn more about the underlying technology. 2. What to expect from the course The goal of this course is to gain deep insights into the Mac OS X operating system and to introduce standard troubleshooting processes. During the course you will become more efficient with the available tools and resources, experience the most important features of Mac OS X in depth, and learn how to get additional information about them. After the course you will be given opportunity to demonstrate your acquired knowledge in an official Apple exam and gain the certificate Apple Certified Support Professional. 3. How to prepare for the course You may pick up a copy of the official course materials from Jonathan Diehl's office to review before the start of the course. Please bring the course fee with you. 4. We will hand out bills at the end of the course, which must be paid within 2 weeks through the appropriate channels. The student fee for participating in this course is 100 € and must be paid in cash at the first day of the course. For taking an Apple exam an additional fee of 75 € per exam must be paid.
