nachdem ich mich gefragt habe warum ich keine Bestätigung über die ACT Recertification bekommen habe, sondern nur über den ACTC, habe ich mal die alten Newsletter gelesen und etwas gefunden. Falls ihr das auch nicht gelesen habt, hier steht was man außer dem Test noch erledigen muss:

ACTs who have not accepted the ACT Agreement in ACRS, will not receive the ACT certificates or access to ACT resources.
Please check your ACRS record:
• Review the ACT Policies and Practices document which is found on ASW at part number L399077A-EU
• Log on to the Apple Certification Records System (ACRS)
• Click the Complete a Form link on the left
• Click the ACT Agreement
• Choose I Agree from the menu and click Submit
