Mai an.

Hi Hans,
please read this whole email. it's full of juicy stuff. And we need a reply from you about Frizzlybears.
Feel free to ask questions.
**Information we need about your team**
1) How many players are coming?
2) How many people are camping at the fields?
3) How many people are eating with us on Saturday night? This meal will be served at the fields prior to the party at the fields. This meal has no extra charge.
4) How many vegetarians in your team?
5) Do you have other team contacts that should be included in these mailings? If yes, send me name and email.
6) Mobile telephone number(s) for communication during the tournament. This is important, send me as many phone numbers as you like.
**Team Fee Due**
Your team fee is due by the 25th May. That's right. Wow. That is very soon. We need some revenue to get this baby off the ground. Thank you.
The team fee is 190 euro, to be paid to this account:
Name: F. Spanjaard
Acct. Number: 49 12 40 244
IBAN Number: NL72ABNA0491240244
BIC (or SWIFT) Code: ABNANL2A
Bank Name: ABN AMRO
Bank Address: Strawinskylaan, Amsterdam
The Player Fee will be due mid June. The exact amount is not yet determined, but we will keep it as cheap as possible. It will be about 50 euro per player. If you would like to combine paying the team and player fees, then calculate on 50 and we will work out any difference on day 1 of the tournament.
**Information about the tournament**
Please see the tournament website for tournament information.
http://www.windmillwindup.com/
Of particular interest for new teams will be the unique Tournament Format. Feel free to ask questions about the Swiss Draw format. Following the Swiss Draw, all teams will play quarters, semis and final within their bracket. Rockin' I'm excited about it. We are still working on the format for the women's division.
The website currently has payment timeline, maps, format, and some restaurants, bars and "coffee shops" to visit while you are here in Amsterdam. As we get closer to the tournament, the schedule will be loaded onto the website also.
Remember, this is a 3 day event. Games will take place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday - July 21-23.
Note that, as with last year, all accommodation will be camping. The cost of camping is included in your Players Fee. Thursday is the first night of camping. If you wish another form of accommodation (Hostel or Hotel), then you can find some helpful information on our website. Book now because these places fill early with tourists.
All players will be provided with both a hearty breakfast and lunch on all 3 days of the tournament. These will be served in our facilities at the fields.
Each player will receive a Players Pack including some goodies and a printed booklet with all the information fit to print.
The beer race, parties and players pack will have a Dutch theme. You'll know what I mean when you get here.

All that seriousness over, it will be a great tournament. We look forward to seeing you all here in Amsterdam.
