Any suggestions on what to set daemon_bias to? Thanks, John -- John Conover, conover@rahul.net http://www.johncon.com/
No idea of value beyond default but this seems to need enabling for distribution to hotmail accounts. Have you had any similar experience? JimK At 08:43 PM 9/30/02 +0000, John Conover wrote:

Not at all. daemon_bias affects the decision as to whether _incoming_ mail will be sent to the list. Hotmail has its problems with receiving mail, and in my experience is often entirely unable to accept mail for hours at a time, but I cannot see a way in which daemon_bias would be connected with that. I have not needed to enable it in any list other than "role lists" which are intended to be posted to by administrative addresses (postmaster, etc.). By the way, please don't top-post. Roger
